  • What materials do you use in your jewelry?
    Our jewelry is curated with a variety of conductive metals and natural crystals mined from all over the Earth. We offer wire wrapping with Copper (Cu), 18K Gold (Au18), 14K Gold (Au14), 10K Gold (Au10), .925 Silver (Ag), and Brass (CuZn). Brass is an alloy metal, meaning it is a mix of copper and zinc. We also offer silver-plated copper and silver-gold plated copper for wrapping crystals and making nose cuffs, providing a range of price points. For our chains, we use high-quality gold-finished chains for all styles, which are tarnish-free, nickel-free, and will NEVER turn your skin green. Our silver chains come with a beautiful high-shine polish and are guaranteed to last a lifetime. Feel encouraged to send a message to custom request the metals you desire for your connection to peace.
  • Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
    YES! Book a session for an Intuitive Consultation. During the session, we can discuss what you want to create, the desired or needed energy, pricing, and more. When booking the session, you will have options for payment as a partial payment or partial deposit for your creation, depending on our agreement. You can also visit us at our pop-up event! Bring your own crystal, and we can wrap it for you!
  • How do I care for my handmade jewelry?
    We pride ourselves on creating quality pieces that undergo durability testing to ensure they stand the test of time. To maintain their shine, you can either use a metal bath or polish them with a polishing cloth. Before doing a metal bath, make sure to research your crystals to ensure they are safe in liquids. For cleaning copper, brass, and gold, mix vinegar, salt, lemon or lime juice, and a little warm water in a non-metal bowl using a non-metal utensil. For silver and gold, create a paste with lime juice and baking soda mixed with a little warm water. We recommend wearing gloves to protect your hands from the acidity. Once you have prepared the solutions, either soak your jewelry in them or use a soft toothbrush to apply the solutions to your jewelry. After achieving the desired results, you can follow up with a polishing cloth to restore the shine. Alternatively, wash the metal with a mixture of hand soap and dish soap, rinse with warm water, and dry thoroughly to prevent oxidation.

  • What is your shipping policy?
    Shipping takes about 3-5 business days to arrive at its destination once shipped. We ship orders twice a week, depending on when they are placed. Make sure to fill out all the information during checkout to ensure you receive your shipping details once generated. If you think you entered your email incorrectly, send me a DM on Instagram, and I'll make sure to get your tracking info to you.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Not at this moment! However, I encourage you to visit if you're ever traveling to LA. You can even arrange for a custom piece to be ready for pick-up during your vacation. Imagine how wonderful it would feel to fly to another country, pick up something divine that was custom created for your healing journey, and take that healing home with you.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    Once items are purchased, there are no refunds or exchanges. By offering intuitive medicines, your body has chosen the items you’ve selected for your journey. Even if it’s a gift for someone, you have intuited that medicine. Give it a chance and work with it. Check out our crystal guide to see what this crystal is activating within you. For those who really want to return an item, this message is for you: Stop resisting your healing. The irritation you feel is a barrier trying to stop you from self-reflection, growth, and personal elevation. Don’t let it prevent you from outgrowing your limitations and living your best life!   • How long does it take to process an order?
    Orders posted on the site will be processed 1-2 times per week. Custom orders placed through a booked session will take between 14 days to 3 months, depending on the scale of the creation. For custom orders, the energy must be in alignment to proceed. If it is not, there is still work being processed as your tools are being created. I work for the Divine, who guides the process based on where you are in your journey. I am simply told when to pick up the tools and channel your healing into the creation.
  • Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
    YES! You will receive an email with the tracking info once the label is created, keeping you updated. Be sure to fill out your information correctly at checkout. If you make any errors, just send us a DM to @mineralmedicine_ and we will make sure you get the information ASAP. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
    YES! Prior to Purchasing Reach out Via Text or DM and we can talk about the item you are looking to have gift wrapped, Prices vary based on item and it’s size. This is a beautiful way to ensure your loved one receives a wonderful energetic surprise. I also like to throw in extra lil things to make the gifts a lil more special!
  • Do you have a physical store where I can view the jewelry?
    My store is nomadic to share the love worldwide. You can find our pop-up in Leimert Park on Sundays or at events we book and post about on our socials.
  • Do you offer repair services for your jewelry?
    For all creations by Au’Azul, we offer repairs and solutions to any issues. To repair jewelry created by someone else, we need to see the item first to determine if we can help. If we can't assist, I am prepared to guide you to someone who can. I do not gatekeep, trust me.
  • What makes your handmade jewelry unique?
    The Source of Creation Every one of our creations holds space for Mother Earth to interact, heal, elevate, and engage with you, her child, on a daily basis. The crystals and minerals have energies of their own that activate when their person comes around, like a magnet connecting divinely to begin the dance of personal healing. When wrapping the mineral medicines, they communicate through their vibration how they desire to be wrapped in terms of placement, numerology, metals, designs, and more. We don’t create simple fashion accessories to give a spiritual or woke look or to magically solve all your problems. We create practical, everyday healing tools with Earth Medicine to amplify your quality of life.   • Is there any significance to where I wear the crystal?
    YES, everything has a purpose! You can choose to put crystals where you intuitively feel called to put them and learn why they chose to be there or you can read our Crystal Placement chart and find the spot you feel like their energy will serve you best. Remember all that we read on the internet is simply a guide, Your intuition is in charge!
  • Does any of your jewelry turn the skin colors?
    All of our gold and silver products will NEVER cause your skin to change colors, EVER! However, for those familiar and those about to find out, copper and brass can pigment the skin due to oxidation. Brass is a copper alloy, made of copper and zinc. Both brass and copper have medicinal and energetic healing properties, which is why our ancestors have worn them for centuries. Copper can turn the skin green or brown, and here's why: When we sweat, our pores open up to release toxins from the body. Copper is a natural antiviral, antibacterial, and antimicrobial metal. It purifies the blood, promotes circulation, boosts collagen levels, and offers many other benefits. Because copper has these divine qualities and is in direct contact with your skin, it can immediately start healing, which may leave light to darker green tints on the skin under the metal. The good news is that water easily removes these stains. Just wash your hands, and boom! No stains. Copper also gives you awareness of your health. More green indicates more toxins, and less green indicates a higher state of health. If you notice brown instead of green, it suggests a heavy detox and possible dehydration, so drink plenty of water to wash off the expelled toxins and to help flush them out internally.     We create jewelry for those with metal sensitivities. There are options to swap out metals or use other materials to suit your comfort. Just be sure to communicate your sensitivities so we can better guide and serve you.
  • Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?
    If you are a business owner and/or have a wholesale license, we do offer wholesale options for some of our handmade products. We also offer displays and casings for jewelry, for those of you who need them as well.
